The rules SuperPaid operates under, written plainly.

What SuperPaid is

SuperPaid is a Solana launchpad where a memecoin can be launched in tribute to a YouTube creator, and a fixed share of that token's designated creator fees is spent on real YouTube Super Thanks payments to that creator's videos.

Nothing about the creator is required: no wallet, no email, no bank details, no account on SuperPaid, no claim process. The creator is paid through YouTube's own tipping product, exactly as any viewer would pay them.

SuperPaid does not simulate volume, mint fake activity, or display numbers that are not backed by a confirmed on-chain transaction or a genuine purchase receipt. Every figure on the public pages traces back to one of those two sources.

The process, step by step

1. Link a channel. The deployer pastes any YouTube channel or video URL. SuperPaid resolves it through the official YouTube Data API to a canonical channel ID, title and avatar, and stores that stable ID as the beneficiary.

2. Launch the token. The deployer signs their own launch from their own wallet. SuperPaid never holds the deployer's keys and never asks for a seed phrase or private key. At launch, the token's creator-fee recipient is set to SuperPaid's creator-support treasury — and from that moment the deployer has no control over those fees.

3. Verify routing. Before a token is displayed as active, the network, mint, program IDs, fee destination and allocation percentages are re-read from chain and verified server-side. A token that fails verification stays pending and is labelled as such publicly.

4. Collect fees — automatically. A scheduled worker reads confirmed transfers into the support treasury directly from a Solana RPC endpoint, deduplicates by transaction signature, and writes each one to an append-only ledger in integer lamports. 80% is credited to the creator's support balance, 20% to operations. No human — including the coin launcher — can redirect, pause or withdraw the support share.

5. Batch and fund — automatically. On a fixed interval, accrued balances per channel are grouped into a payout job, converted from SOL into spendable funds through an authorised off-ramp, and recorded as a funding entry with its conversion reference.

6. Deliver Super Thanks — automatically. Each batched balance is delivered as Super Thanks on the creator's videos through YouTube's own official checkout, the same payment product any viewer uses. The creator does nothing: no wallet, no account, no claim. The 80% support share keeps flowing to the channel for as long as the coin earns fees.

7. Record and reconcile — automatically. The genuine order reference, amount, currency, video and timestamp are stored with private payment details redacted, the channel's balance is reduced by the amount delivered, and the payment appears on the public payments page and the creator's profile.

How to check that this is real

Every claim SuperPaid makes is checkable by a third party without trusting SuperPaid. Token mints, launch signatures and fee transfers are public Solana transactions — look them up on any explorer. The support treasury address is published on this site and its inflows are visible to anyone.

Every Super Thanks delivery is listed on the public payments page with the channel, the video, the amount, the date, and how the receipt was verified. Receipts cross-checked against the payment provider are labelled 'provider confirmed'. SuperPaid does not blur that distinction.

What SuperPaid commits to is that collected support funds stay assigned to the channel that earned them, that the launcher can never touch them, and that the public record matches the chain.

SuperPaid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube or Google, and a token linked to a channel never implies that the creator participates in or approves of it.

Fees

SuperPaid launches standard SOL-quoted tokens that generate creator fees. At launch, fee routing is configured so that 80% of designated creator fees go to SuperPaid's creator-support treasury and 20% to SuperPaid's platform treasury.

A token is only shown as active after the network, mint, program IDs, fee destinations, allocation percentages and confirmed transactions have been verified server-side. Until then it stays pending.

Operating costs default to the platform share. If any cost would reduce the support allocation, it is disclosed before launch and recorded explicitly.

Fully automatic — the launcher has no control

Once a token is live, the coin launcher has zero control over its creator fees. The fee destination is fixed at launch, and collection, splitting, batching and delivery all run automatically on a schedule. The support share is never payable to the launcher, refundable, or redirectable.

The launcher never has custody of the funds. Fees route straight from the token's fee configuration to the dedicated support treasury — the deployer never holds them, cannot touch them, and cannot reclaim them. Holders never have to trust the person who launched the coin.

The launcher does exactly two things: paste a YouTube link and sign their own launch. Everything after that — fee collection, the 80/20 split, batching, conversion and the Super Thanks delivery — happens automatically, without them, for as long as the coin trades.

Custody

Fees never sit in the coin launcher's wallet — not for a second. The token's fee configuration sends them directly to SuperPaid's dedicated support treasury, so the deployer has no custody and no ability to intercept them.

The on-chain fee split is a fixed configuration set at launch: 80% of designated creator fees to the support treasury for the linked channel, 20% to operations. It cannot be changed by the launcher afterwards.

Deployers sign their own launch spending. SuperPaid never asks any user for a seed phrase or private key.

Purchase verification

Super Thanks are delivered through YouTube's official checkout — the same Google Pay / card payment any viewer makes. Receipts record the genuine order reference, amount, currency, video and timestamp, with private payment details redacted.

Only evidence cross-checked with a payment provider is labelled provider confirmed. A public Super Thanks comment supports a record but does not prove settlement.

If a checkout outcome is uncertain, the job goes to reconciliation. SuperPaid does not automatically retry a card charge that may have succeeded.

Unresolved funds

If a Super Thanks purchase cannot be completed for a channel after fees were collected, the channel-specific obligation is preserved, new launches for that channel are paused, and the unresolved status is shown publicly.

Unresolved support funds are never silently transferred to SuperPaid, the deployer or a different creator, and SuperPaid does not present this as a creator-controlled claim vault.

Non-affiliation

SuperPaid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube or Google. Linking a token to a channel does not imply ownership of the channel, an endorsement, or the creator's participation.

Creator profiles clearly distinguish an independently linked creator from one who has explicitly endorsed or joined SuperPaid.
